Ballistic Prediction and System Interfaces
Octec's ballistic predictors and system interface modules are employed in a number of naval gun control systems.
The LEAP range of ballistic predictors provides the following features:
- Full ballistic prediction featuring comprehensive compensation for all parameters to provide high first round hit probability.
- Versions available for all types and caliber of gun and ammunition
- Range of interfaces available to simplify systems integration
The supporting systems interface module features include:
- Interfaces configurations for both in-service and new generation weapons
- Discrete interfaces to meet weapon safety requirements
- Range of system interfaces
The ballistic predictor and system interface modules can be supplied in a range of hardware formats to meet different systems architectures; either as separate printed circuit boards or housed in a suitable military enclosure.
